Imperia Online flies to Belarus for DevGAMM

The company’s COO with a speaking slot this year at the event

2019 is slowly coming to an end… autumn has already kicked in, you can already buy Christmas cookies at the store and all you need is a cosy blanket and a warm cup of tea. Sounds like a good plan, but it’s not ours… at least for now.

Our agenda includes yet another great event that we could not miss this year. DevGAMM Minsk 2019 will be held next week on November 21 and 22, so guess what? We will be flying to Belarus.

DevGAMM Minsk 2019 is providing valuable content about game development, great insights for those who have just started as well as a productive field for networking and getting to know the industry leads. It will bridge the gap between small beginner teams of developers and industry veterans. This is the biggest conference for game industry professionals in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus and aims to connect this region with the rest of the world.

Imperia Online’s COO, Cvetan Rusimov will be discussing the “10 steps for successful M&A deal” during his session on the event. Leading the company through such a deal in order to become part of Stillfront Group, has thought him a thing or two on the topic. Cvetan was the head of the acquisition process from the very beginning all the way to the last bit, thus he has a lot to share. Attending this lecture, will give you the opportunity to learn details starting from the company preparation, choosing the right partner to the negotiation process and internal announcement.

The conference will end with the official ceremony of the prestigious competition DevGAMM Awards, where Cvetan is honored to be announcing the winners.

The conclusion here is that it will be an interesting one for sure! So save your spots and get ready to get on an adventure with us.

We are looking forward to seeing you there and don’t forget to drop us a message at biz.dev@imperiaonline.org to organize a meeting with Cvetan.
